Alzheimer’s Society: Support and information for people with dementia and their carers

Anxiety UK: Information and support for those with problems related to worry

OCD-UK: Support and resources for those with obsessive-compulsive disorder

Depression Alliance: Self-help resources for people with low mood

Moodgym is a free service which teaches the basic principles of CBT, specifically for depression, online.
